TRIAX PowerFlow Hydraulic Oils are premium quality anti-wear hydraulic fluids designed to provide extreme durability protection in high pressure severe, service applications. TRIAX Powerflow products are formulated to provide excellent rust protection as well as foam inhibition, have excellent oxidation resistance, provide superior anti-wear protection and water separating characteristics. TRIAX Powerflow Hydraulic Oils provide the highest level of protection and extremely long service drain interval in the most demanding work conditions, 6000 hours or more of maximum protection. Premium, highly refined base oils, together with NextGen additive package provide outstanding protection for rubber parts, gaskets and hoses in hydraulic system. These fluids are classified as as HPLD, ultra high detergent fluids required for specific applications and provide outstanding hydraulic system cleanliness.

TRIAX POWERFLOW HLP 46 Hydraulic oil is a direct replacement for CAT HYDO 10 and CAT HYDO 10 Advanced hydraulic oils. With extreme shear stability and high wear protection, our fluids more than stand up to the best OEM fluids the market has to offer.

APPLICATIONS

TRIAX Powerflow® HLP Hydraulic Fluids are recommended for service in vane, piston, and gear pumps when used in accordance with the manufacturers’ recommendations, including Parker Dennison hydraulics. Powerflow® Fluids are designed for heavy duty severe service to provide excellent service life to these pumps as well as to other circuit components such as motors and servos. These fluids are also recommended for use as a gear and bearing lubricant in industrial applications where rust and oxidation inhibited oils are required.
